Aging gracefully is the goal and playing tennis can be the troll!  I am a big fan of the game and can’t imagine having to ever stop.  At the moment I play once a week for two hours. The next day will be absolutely brutal IF I don’t follow my two hour session with and hour of yoga.  Tennis is hard on the body and yoga is for sure the secret elixir for muscles and joints.

I like many types of yoga, but for after tennis I find a nice vinyasa flow class is the perfect mix.  What works for me may not speak to you so try a variety of styles and see what makes your body feel the best.  Nothing like a little yoga experiment to figure out what will make your body hum! One of my life goals is to be the old lady with excellent ball placement and surprisingly quick moves!
